A competitive cyclist needed to adjust his handlebar layout to a very precise height and angle in order to achieve optimal ergonomics and performance. No commercially available components offered the exact combination he required, making a fully custom solution essential.

Morin 3D worked one-on-one with the athlete to translate every measurement into a detailed 3D model. A series of prototypes were printed in carbon-fiber-reinforced nylon (PA-CF) with inset nuts, allowing real-world rides to test and refine the fit. After iterative improvements confirmed the geometry, the final mount was precision-machined from high-strength Aluminum to deliver maximum rigidity and long-term reliability.

The cyclist now rides with a bespoke handlebar setup engineered exactly to his body mechanics and competitive needs, achieving performance and comfort unattainable from any off-the-shelf product.
